When you purchase Cavanti’s application or services, register on the sites, or request support or information from Cavanti, we may ask you to provide personal information such as contact details or billing information. The information Cavanti collects and uses is limited to the purpose for which customers engage Cavanti. When you register for the Service, we ask for information such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card information. If you sign-up for the free trial account, you are not required to enter your credit card information unless you decide to continue with a paid plan. In order to best protect your security, Cavanti uses a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing. This intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use your billing information, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on Cavanti’s behalf.

Cavanti may use the personal information and other information we collect about your use of the Service to operate the Service and tailor it to your needs, for billing, identification and authentication, to contact you about your use of the Service, send you marketing materials (subject to your opt-out option), for research purposes, and to generally improve the content and functionality of the Service and the Site.

Otherwise we mostly use this information with no connection to individual users, to analyze trends, administer the Site, or track usage of various features within the Site.

Customers may update or change their registration information by editing their user record in the Settings section of the Product. To update Billing Information or have your registration information deleted, please email support@cavanti.com To discontinue your account and to have information you maintained in the Services returned to you, please email support@cavanti.com Requests to access, change, or delete your information will be handled within 30 days.

If you would like to opt-out of getting communications from Cavanti, or change the way you receive communications from us, please contact us at privacy@cavanti.com.

Onwards Transfer

We may transfer personal information to our third-party vendors that help us provide the Service, subject to appropriate confidentiality restrictions.
